INSTRUMENT AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

LOCATION: Macclesfield

DURATION: 11 Months

Instrument and Electrical Engineer required for Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturer based in Cheshire.

JOB ROLE

- Electrical installation, testing and repair of instrumentation and controls within the production environment.
- Work planning and scheduling on SAP
- Providing preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance support.
- Investigating equipment failures and supporting activities necessary to improve equipment reliability.
- Maintaining plant throughput targets and ensures equipment availability.
- Ensuring all appropriate records is completed in order to reflect the history of work.
- Supporting all Environmental, Health and Safety requirements to ensure that maintenance activities are safely executed.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- Time-served Engineer holding relevant qualifications in electrical, control and instrumentation.
- Experience of instrumentation, calibration, fault finding, and electrical installation is a must.
- Understanding of GMP standards within a Hazardous area is essential.
- Experience within a pharmaceutical/chemical environment is advantageous.
