Instrument Controls Engineer

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an INSTRUMENT CONTROLS ENGINEER to join our client in Allentown, PA. This temporary/contract position is for approximately 12 months.

Job Overview:

- The Process Controls Engineering Group provides engineering and commissioning support for new large capital gas generation and gas processing plants generally dedicated to the Petrochemical industry.
- Some example projects include hydrogen steam methane reformers, carbon monoxide plants, ammonia plants, and various large scale supporting equipment installations like pipeline compressors, PSA Units and off-gas processing units.
- Projects typically have budgets exceeding $10 million with most exceeding $100 million. Detailed engineering support will be required, which could include supporting an in-house design team or supporting an outside engineering design firm. Support will also be required for upgrading/modifying and maintaining existing plant assets.
