Instructional Designer w/Addie Model, Lectora, and Flash

This position is responsible for the design and development of training interventions for a variety of roles within the Business Marketing Organization. Curricula includes the organizational support of company business products, services, systems and processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyzes and produces training targeted to address specific performance objectives, using a variety of instructional techniques, including self-paced on-line courses/support tools, as well as instructor-led training (ILT) materials.
- In the case of ILT materials, will train others in the use of the designed materials.
- Assesses the effectiveness of the training, and makes appropriate adjustments based on these findings.
- May occasionally be required to deliver this training, or to deliver other training programs.
- May also be required to perform needs assessment and task analysis to determine performance objectives, select appropriate training media, and develop performance testing.
- Tasks may also include some project management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Expertise in the ADDIE Model, Flash, Graphic Design, and Web-based training development needed.
- Must be familiar with Lectora.
- Must have experience in creating gaming interactions, web courses, performance support tools.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be self-directed and detail-oriented.

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Familiarity with SharePoint a plus.
- Experience with Gaming desired.
