Instructional Designer (Retail Sector)

Instructional Designer (Retail sector) required by my excellent learning consultancy client in London. The Instructional Designer will ideally possess previous experience within the retail sector (creating learning tools for sales etc.) and will have a good knowledge of Articulate storyline (although not essential).

The Instructional Designer will be required to work alongside the existing team in creating enjoyable, engaging and interactive online and face to face learning, that can be delivered by the clients store managers for their staff (MLearning). Experience of creating senario based learning (ie sales based, influencing etc.) would also be beneficial.

The client will allow for home working once the Instructional Designer has a complete understanding of the requirement and needs.

Essential Requirements:

- Strong Instructional Design experience
- Experience of creating senario based learning, ideally for the retail sector (ie sales based, influencing etc.)
- Creative
- Excellent communication skills
