Instructional Designer (Pharma Experience)

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for an Instructional Designer with expertise in instructional design, gamification and in Tool training.

This is a contracting role based in the Basel area and planned to start in ASAP until end of February with extension opportunities.

Are you an INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER with previous experience as a Technical Writer within a PHARMACEUTICAL ENVIRONMENT and currently looking for you next project?

PROJECT BACKGROUND:

- The training for this project aims to support the replacement of the current IT Service Management tool (HPSM) with a cloud-based ServiceNow and simplification of associated processes.
- To make this happen the project is looking for a professional Instructional Designer to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM).

TASKS:

- Design all training materials for project
- Develops some training materials as defined
- Ensures appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
- Design and develops all training deliverables as defined
- Coordinates training material review cycles
- Ensures quality of training material
- Ensures communication between all parties during training development
- Prepare and maintain Role Mapping spreadsheet
- Excellent process tracking and time management skills are required to be able to handle a big amount of data manually
- Extremely well organized and structured, in order to handle big quantity of data

IDEAL PROFILE:

Expertise in instructional design, gamification and inTool training
-

Previous experience within a Swiss based pharmaceutical company
-

5+ years of experience in excellent writing, editing (photo, video) skills (eg former experience as technical writer)

Good experience with following tools: Nitro (Bunchball), Walkme, Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, Articulate 360 (all of those are absolute must haves)

Fluent in English
