INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER/PHARMA
Are you an Instructional Designer/IT Trainer looking for your next challenge within a dynamic work environment?

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel area, we are looking for a SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER with excellent GRAPHIC DESIGN skills.
This is a contracting position starting end of March until end of May 2016 with the option of an extension.
In this interactive position, you as Senior Instructional Designer will design training material (Video, E-learning, Print out material etc.) for end users and Service Desks agents for the Windows 10+ project (ie working with Windows 10, MS Office 2016 and Internet Explorer 11). Furthermore, you as a key team member will report to the OCM Lead. The focus will be on creating blended training incl. both classroom, videos and eLearning. In addition, you will develop instructional strategies and provide assistance to trainers etc.
YOU BRING FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IN MULTINATIONAL COMPANY RELATED TO TRAININGS
- Sound knowledge of ID concepts and E-LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES (EITHER ARTICULATE PRESENTER/STORYLINE OR QUIZMAKER-TT KNOWLEDGE FORCE (TTKF) OR ADOBE CAPTIVATE LECTORA)
- Experience with PREPARING VIDEOS (Adobe Premiere as Software)
- Strong skills in instructional design and content/curriculum development
- Implementation Strategies
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
- Strong technical writing, editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent graphic Design Skills and profound proficiency in working virtually
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (German will be an advantage)
- Pharma experience is a plus
- Formal ID Certification is a nice to have
- Experience of working in IT project implementation projects
- Experience in desktop migration project or related to trainings is a plus
