New Year - new challenge, are you an Instructional Designer and ready to take off?

On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel area, we are looking for a SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER with excellent GRAPHIC DESIGN skills.
This is a 3 months contracting position starting in February 2016.
In this challenging position, you will support the Training Manager/Project Lead within the IAM area and play as key role ensuring that the External Business Partners project meets its objectives on time and on budget. Another key task will be to apply structured methodology to design and develop training courses for internal staff and external business partners as well as to design and develop training workshops. One of another missions is to develop instructional strategies. In overall, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for production of training materials in various formats including classroom and E-learning training etc.
YOU BRING FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sound knowledge of ID concepts and E-learning technologies (either Articulate Presenter/Storyline or Quizmaker-TT Knowledge Force (TTKF) or Adobe Captivate Lectora)
- Formal Instructional Design Certification
- Experience in training needs and analysis as well as implementation strategies
- Strong skills in instructional design and content/curriculum development
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with communication skills able to work independently
- Strong technical writing, editing and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent graphic Design Skills and profound proficiency in working virtually
- Good communication skills with fluency in English
- Pharma experience is a plus
- Experience of working in IT project implementation projects
