IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Design all training materials for project
-Ensure appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
-Coordinate training material review cycles
-Ensure quality of training material including adhering to the technical compatibility requirements
-Ensure communication between all parties during training development
-Prepare and maintain Role Mapping spreadsheet
-Escalate issues to Training Lead
-Prepare and present weekly training report to OCM Team as needed
-Manage change requests process & approvals, update training plan & invitations due to Role Mapping changes
-Excellent process tracking and time management skills are required to be able to handle a big amount of data manually

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Expertise in instructional design, gamification and inTool training
-Previous experience working for pharma clients
-Strong experience in excellent writing, editing (photo, video) skills (e.g. former experience as technical writer)
-Good experience with following tools: Nitro (Bunchball), Walkme, Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, Articulate 360 (all of those are absolute must haves)
-Fluency in English
