Instructional Designer (L&D)

Instructional Designer (L&D) required by our exciting media client in a lovely leafy south west London location. Our client likes to take a fresh perspective on campaigns and is therefore looking for an L you will possess a creative eye and an excellent understanding of training delivery.

With an understanding of internal comms and campaigns, the ideal candidate will be developing content, directing the project and seeking out innovative ways to drive training that changes the status quo. Our client is looking for someone to really own the project, liaising with the clients team of designers and developers, so confidence is crucial.

As a great communicator, experience and the ability to work closely with learners to deliver memorable training sessions face-to-face is a must, in order to supplement the eLearning experience.

Requirements:

- Substantial experience as an L&D professional, managing internal campaigns and delivering training to a variety of groups of people.
- A thorough knowledge of training development, theories, methodologies and techniques with 3+ years experience.
- Excellent project management skills, with the motivation and enthusiasm to own a project from concept to completion.
- Must be a fantastic communicator, with a strong command of English, articulate and concise with outstanding presentation skills.
- Degree educated, preferably in English, Education, Media or a Communications-based subject. Other qualifications in lieu are acceptable.
- To have a creative understanding, visual flair and an innovative approach to training.
- You will possess a highly motivated, driven and dynamic approach
