Instructional Designer Developer

Our client is the leading computer components manufacturing company seeking an INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER/DEVELOPER to support the Corporate Services Reporting project. This candidate will develop online help, job aids, and/or simulations to support software application training.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with project team to determine training needs.
- Work with subject matter experts to define content.
- Develop learning solutions based on needs analysis.
- Support implementation of solutions.

NECESSARY SKILLS

- Instructional Design (advanced)
- MS Office Suite
- Web Development
- TechSmith Camtasia
- Adobe Captivate
- Strong skills/experience creating website file structures, naming syntax, file repository
- Project management
- Working with subject matter experts
