Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for an Instructional Designer for a 6 month project in Switzerland. The project is looking for a professional Instructional Designer to support the Organizational Change Management (OCM).
You are responsible for
* Design all training materials for project
* Developing some training materials as defined
* Ensuring appropriate end-user feedback forms are implemented in training deliverables
* Designing and developing all training deliverables as defined
* Coordinating training material review cycles
* Ensuring quality of training material including adhering to clients' technical compatibility requirements
* Ensuring communication between all parties during training development
* Preparing and maintaining Role Mapping spreadsheet
* Escalating issues to Training Lead
* Preparing and presenting weekly training report to OCM Team as needed
* Managing change requests process & approvals, updating training plan & invitations due to Role Mapping changes
Requirements
* Excellent process tracking and time management skills, which are required to be able to handle a big amount of data manually
* Expertise in instructional design, gamification and inTool training
* Previous experience working for Roche
* +5 years of experience in excellent writing, editing (photo, video) skills (eg former experience as technical writer)
* Good experience with following tools: Nitro (Bunchball), Walkme, Wordpress, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, Articulate 360 (all of those are absolute must haves)
* Fluent in English
