Instructional Designer

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with significant experience in conducting training needs analysis, scoping learning solutions and designing learning materials.

This role requires the successful applicant to have:

- Strong background in learning and development and course design
- Proficiency with of eLearning authoring tools CAPTIVATE AND OR LECTORA
- Ability to work in a team and also take ownership and accountability of multiple projects
- Creative and energetic designer with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate commercial situations into training programs
- Experience in the development of training needs analyses and training plans
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver learning solutions both static and eLearning formats
- Strong project management skills with experience with project management methodologies eg Prince 2
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
