Instruction Systems Designer

This project is a needs assessment that will look at possible ways to streamline the amount of content required of employees along with revisiting the format and overall presentation of that content to reduce or eliminate duplication.

Daily Responsibilities:
The person filling this role will be the project manager for all aspects of a formal needs assessment. That person will conduct content, audience, and task analysis, and will make a recommendation on the direction of a solution to address the opportunity described above.

Necessary Skills (Must Have):
. Educational degree in Instructional Systems Design or Human Performance Technology
. 5-10 years' work experience in instructional systems design
. A proven track record of strong project management
. Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of employees, managers, and leaders

Additional Skills:
. Experience working in a large multinational company
. High degree of business acumen
