Insight Manager

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Insight Manager to join one of our sites in Leeds on a contract basis for six months initially (with a view to extend or become permanent), starting as soon as possible.

In this position you will be responsible for generating operational analysis and insight in conjunction with our client (a major telecommunications company) in order to achieve the business and partnership programme goals. This will involve process analysis of critical business processes, gathering data, building a view of process capability and working with service designers to re-engineer customer journeys. Building relationships with key client stakeholders is essential in order to obtain the data and information required to achieve the overall aim.

To be successful in this role you will be an accomplished and experienced Insight expert or Analysis Manager with statistical knowledge of sampling, margins of error, standard deviations etc. Prior experience of structured problem solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, Lean Thinking is essential. Outstanding client engagement and relationship building skills are paramount. Due to the urgent nature of this contract we are only in a position to consider candidates with immediate, or near immediate availability.

Based in Leeds. Initial six month contract starting as soon as possible. Salary circa £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience.
