ROLE - Insight Analyst

DURATION - 6 months

LOCATION - London

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate some of the following skills:

- Develop and maintain effective working and influencing relationships with key stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Communicates complex or difficult messages effectively to different audiences, tailoring the approach to suit the situation.
- Ability to understand relational data models to identify data relating to customer channel usage in order to drive insight
- Ability to specify data requirements to support the insight capability that will enable the exploitation of channel opportunities and expand our view of customers channel usage
- Contribution to the research, analysis of new concepts/ideas, and reviews of existing systems and processes, recommending specific options.
- Timely and accurate completion of own project deliverables, assessing and managing risks and identifying counter-measures.
- Engage stakeholders to gain acceptance and support for forthcoming changes.
- Understanding of Business Intelligence capabilities to provide alert driven measurement of KPIs
- Ensure compliance with the Bank's instructions, standards and reporting requirements together with all regulatory and statutory requirements.

- Facilitate the team being able to generate trusted advisor relationships with its key stakeholders
- Own the project delivery for prioritised activities that and translate them into actionable commercially advantageous outcomes.
- Influence the efficient use of the own and team resources to create bespoke insights
- Determine the KPIs that enable us to measure the performance of the channels and alert attention to where intervention is required
- Create a network within the wider Customer Insights team to help exploit the actionable insight

DESIRED SKILLS

- SQL analytical experience
- Data analysis experience, specifically with the ability to take information and tell the story
- Stakeholder management skills - this role will involve taking complex data and interpreting it for not technical stakeholders.
- Experience constructing data reports
- Presentation skills which particular focus on taking complex data and presenting in laymans terms
- Problem solving experience
- Creative thinking
