INSIGHT ANALYST- BANKING - DIGITAL - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

A leading FS company based in London is seeking an Insight Analyst to support working on an exciting portfolio of online projects, spanning mobile apps and browser solutions for their 30M+ customers.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

- Ability to understand relational data models to identify data relating to customer channel usage in order to drive insight
- Ability to specify data requirements to support the insight capability that will enable the exploitation of channel opportunities and expand our view of customers channel usage
- Influence the efficient use of the own and team resources to create bespoke insights
- Determine the KPIs that enable us to measure the performance of the channels and alert attention to where intervention is required
- Understanding of Business Intelligence capabilities to provide alert driven measurement of KPIs
- Create a network within the wider Customer Insights team to help exploit the actionable insight
