First contact to inbound leads generated from Webinars, Trade Shows, Site visits etc.
Job activities include; building rapport, qualifying Interest: revenue, clearing first level objections, determining competition, providing product/marketing information to prospective customers for transition to field sales.
Conversant in the following technologies: SECURITY SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES, DATABASE MANAGEMENT AND BIG DATA (HADOOP DISTRIBUTION).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years in enterprise software
- 3+ years in lead management, sales development within the enterprise software industry
- Ability to understand business cases quickly and apply product to business need
- Experienced and operational with Salesforce.com
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills a must
- Professional demeanor
- Very coachable
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Exposure to the identity and security appliance market a strong asset
- Knowledge of Web Services Security marketplace an asset
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of security software technologies
- Knowledge of database management and Big Data (Hadoop Distribution)
- Knowledge of Web Services Security marketplace an asset
- Self-motivated people person who can work well within a team
- Someone who asks for help when needed, yet attempts to solve problems before engaging others
- Quick thinker with a good knowledge of sales fundamentals
- Ability to listen and respond appropriately in a variety of settings
