This role is responsible for:
- Utilisation of various tools to train, on-board and manage partners within a given territory
- Assistance of partners to increase their sales pipeline, software revenue, transactions and productivity
- Maintenance of accurate data related to partner activity within the CRM system
To succeed in this role you must have:
- Solid experience in channel sales or an inside sales role in an IT organisation
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of the drivers and components required to make channel partners productive
