Inside Sales Representative Job

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Navigate and exploit multiple types of reference information, sources and databases to retrieve product, service and contact information.
- Qualify, handle or route inquiries (phone/web) related to sales, marketing and technical requests.
- Representatives qualify record and relay information to assist with future business relationships with the client.
- Representatives must maintain strict confidentiality.
- Manage outbound telephone projects utilizing scripts from various businesses to solicit information regarding surveys, launches of new products, webinars, follow up to trade shows, etc.
- This also may include contacting customers to follow up when they have not purchased from the client for a period of time.
- This position delivers lead management via the Client's CRM tool Salesforce from initial inquiry to closure (as defined by business-specific inquiry to close process) in Corporate Customer Care encompassing all Client businesses.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong written customer correspondence skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel®, Word® and PowerPoint®. Strong web navigation skills.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience using Customer Relationship Management database (CRM); Salesforce preferred.
