Yoh has a contract opportunity for an INSIDE SOFTWARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our client in Phoenix, AZ.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate leads through cold calling to a target list provided by management; qualify and convert responder leads.
- Successfully complete discovery calls with prospects to determine solution alignment and offer it to prospect in an organized and comprehensive format that describes the solution, how it aligns to the clients' needs and growth objectives, and includes pricing, ROI, and value benefit proposition.
- Ensure timely and quality business conversations with prospects within prescribed time frame - number of attempts within a certain number of days to drive interested prospects to a purchase decision.
- Conduct presentations, demos, trials, etc. (usually in PowerPoint) creating clear, concise synopsis to share key information and assist prospects in acquiring sufficient information to make a purchase decision.
- Continuously develop improved relations with clients and internal departments through frequent discussion and feedback.
- Perform required daily documentation within all applicable systems, including critical information about the prospect, sales process, accounts, and metrics to drive sales process.
- Exhibit proficiency in the use of CRM, specifically SalesForce.com, in managing leads and opportunities.
- Perform related follow-up during and after the purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Drive self-performance to achieve sales quotas.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum two (2) years of successful inside sales results, achieving quota.
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships at the VP level and managing major accounts
- Proven success in building high-level relationships with targeted accounts.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) technologies in a related industry is strongly preferred.
- Solution sales experience is a plus.
