INSIDE SALES needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in FOXBORO, MA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Five (5) years Inside Sales experience including full order closure ownership (quota); including pipeline and opportunity management
- Experience with Databases and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (as a user)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manages conflict - internal and external on behalf of the team
- Account management of existing customers - own the relationship with buyers
- Accountable to high quote-to-order close rates on assigned opportunities
- Accountable to commercial excellence
- Identifies actionable growth plans for supported customer base
- Issues quotes and works to convert to orders

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Outstanding telephone etiquette & communication skills
- Comfortable with talking to customers (external & internal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask & manage high volumes of activity & demonstrate measurable results
