THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Experienced in order entry, technical support
- Experienced in supply chain
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Account management of existing customers - own the relationship with buyers
- Manages conflict - internal and external on behalf of the team
- Accountable to high quote-to-order close rates on assigned opportunities
- Accountable to commercial excellence
- Identifies actionable growth plans for supported customer base
- Issues quotes and works to convert to orders
- Review all incoming orders and manage appropriate approvals prior to the order booking
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent
- Five (5) or more years Inside Sales experience including full order closure ownership (quota); including pipeline and opportunity management
- Experience with databases and/or Customer Relationship Management Systems (as a user)
- Outstanding telephone etiquette & communication skills
- Comfortable with talking to customers (external & internal)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask & manage high volumes of activity & demonstrate measurable results
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Proven commitment to commercial excellence
