JOB OPPORTUNITY:

- This position will be primarily responsible for all Inbound and Outbound Marketing and Lead generation activity, which generally represent product features and benefits for a portable oxygen concentrator.
- The associate must be able to demonstrate a polite customer service attitude and a positive consumer experience by answering inbound calls and initiating proactive warm calling (emails or forms submitted); sending consumers to qualified customers to close the sale.
- In executing these responsibilities, the associate will utilize a call log tracking system.

OUTCOMES:

- The candidate must be dedicated, results-focused, and an energetic sales professional, who is customer sales-oriented.
- Must have a willingness to learn and understand Philips Respironics portable oxygen products.
- Responding to customers inquiries for Technical product information based on industry and marketing approved standards and recommendations
- Must be effective at discovering client needs, promoting Philips Respironics products and closing a lead by handing the consumer off to a qualified customer.
- Ability to empathize with and provide customer focus.
- This position requires answering and logging new calls, while generating leads by contacting submitted information request form or pilot specific emails.
- Must be effective at building and managing consumer and business relationships (B2C and B2B).
- He/she will work closely with internal colleagues to support these marketing efforts and managing the qualified accounts.
- Must be a team player and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), good organizational skills, computer proficiency, with strong follow-up skills.

MUSTS:

- Minimum 6 months business-related, inside sales, lead generation experience (prefer customer services)
- Business-related curriculum
- Based with the product support team in Pittsburgh, PA
- Proven history/track record in developingMicrosoft Office preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

WANTS:

- Minimum 3-year related college degree
- Proven history/track record in developing business and achieving sales goals for a minimum of 6 months
- Prior experience that demonstrated the use of lead qualification skills
- Ability to do discovery to uncover needs behind callers questions
- Prior experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls/activities
- Ability to learn quickly, acquire, and apply knowledge of Philips products and services
- Prior experience that demonstrated effective relationship-building skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft and working with databases (SAP experience a plus)
- Prior experience that demonstrated the ability to be a team player
- Prior experience that worked in jobs that required detail-orientation, strong follow-up skills, and organizational skills
