Insap CRM Enterprise Solution Architect

SAP CRM Enterprise Architect required for 2.5-month contract in Singapore starting early August.

The brief scope for the Enterprise Solution Architect is as follows

- Customer has recently implemented SAP for its operational purposes, covering CRM for its contact centre, business intelligence, event management (CRM + hybris), and Grantor Management to manage its larger programs
- The requirement is not a greenfield Enterprise Architecture, customer refreshed its enterprise architecture in Feb 2014. This is a targeted study to address customer's key questions and options within a timeboxed 51 days' effort engagement.
- The ESA would be required to understand current architectural issues after implementation of the first tranche of systems, advise customer about the SAP options for further enablement of its business capabilities, present the options arising to customer form SAP product roadmap and present options and recommendation, protect the value of recent investments in implementing SAP, and synthesize the SAP point of view and customer requirements to create customer positions in relation to SAP innovations (cloud, HANA, etc.)

Essential

- Excellent stakeholder management skills essential, ability to earn confidence of customer side Chief Architect
- Ability to produce customer-ready enterprise solution architecture viewpoint documents and defend them
- Ability to use PowerPoint to communicate issues, options and recommendations
- Knowledge of SAP CRM architecture good practice and product roadmap
- Knowledge of SAP CRM typical architectural issues (reporting, workflow PO/PI, BPM, interfaces to Financials, etc.)

Desirable

Certified Enterprise Architect (SAP EA or TOGAF) desirable

Awareness of Financials (Funds Management, AR/AR)

Awareness of Public Sector industry solution

UX knowledge

Knowledge of other customers' solution architectures
