Innovation Project Manager - Basel
We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager for a contracting position for duration of
4 MONTHS starting ASAP and for one of the Pharma company based in the Basel area, close to Germany and France. Are you looking for your next challenging carrier step in a multicultural environment?

ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a member of the Strategic Innovation Capabilities Team, the Innovation Project Manager (IPM) drives efforts to enable Strategic Innovation Leaders and their functional counterparts to develop and implement projects and realize their organizational objectives. The IPM is expected to actively contribute to and challenge the definition and development of the non-Strategic Innovation projects, and then help teams to effectively and efficiently deliver on the agreed objectives. The IPM drives scenario planning to develop and then continuously optimize the project plan. The IPM partners with the Strategic Innovation Leader (SIL) to anticipate, identify, manage and communicate project risks and opportunities.
YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE:
- 5+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Drug Development
- Strong Project Management and Change Management experience (certifications)
- Certification or expertise in methodologies such as: LEAN/Six Sigma
- Understanding of real world data, evolution of real world data
- Detailed understanding of at least one function in late phase (statistic, pharma operations)
- Application of logical processes/conceptual thinking/problem analysis & solving
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work with various levels within the organization
- Ability to deal successfully with ambiguity
- Ability to persevere through failures and focus on learning's vs. outcomes
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required
- An understanding of the Strategic Innovation landscape, including internal and external organizational dependencies
