As part of the Corporate Recruitment team, the recruiter will work to ensure that the Banking businesses (Investment Bank, Global Corporate Bank, Treasury Services) are positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally. 

The recruiter will assist in identifying and defining hiring needs, collaborating with managers as well as internal HR partners

The team focuses on identifying top talent across lines-of-business, geographies and diverse cultures. 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment
- Proactive management of Analyst and Associate level hiring for defined business area
- Create recruiting strategy for respective clients including needs analysis; provide guidance to hiring managers related to recruiting process
- Source candidates through direct hiring methods - Linked In, Job Connect, internal mobility pools and Business Resource Groups
- Interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, including diverse candidates
- Demonstrate understanding of the line of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
- Provide candidates with frequent & timely communication throughout recruitment process, share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates
- In conjunction with lead recruiters conduct appropriate compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers - have an in depth understanding of the JPM comp philosophy as well as the structure of compensation packages
- Manage internal approval process including compliance with all LOB specific requirements
- Participation in global recruiting calls and mobility forums as the EMEA representative
- Keep lead recruiters regularly updated with relevant hiring activity and provide support to other business lines if necessary
- Understand the role of trusted advisor and subject matter expert in CIB recruiting

Qualifications:
- Previous corporate functions recruitment experience gained in-house (preference is for Banking)
- Proven direct-sourcing skills, agency and corporate experience
- Superior multi-tasking and project management skills
- Interpersonally effective and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels
- Innovative, creative and results oriented
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
- Expert networking and relationship building skills
- Experience with compensation negotiations
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system, Taleo preferred
- Experience working across multiple geographies
- Demonstrated ability to interact with candidates and managers
