- Networking knowledge
- SCVMM - Microsoft Virtualization
- SCOM
- SCCM
- SEP - Symantec Endpoint Protection (AV solution)
-Hypervisor Skillsets
- Windows Generic Services (WTS, SharePoint, etc..)
- Perform complex incident triage.
- Active Directory
- Scripting expertise (Powershell etc)
-Veeam Backup (ideal but if necessary our associates do KT and train further)
