Infrastructure Test Manager

An ideal person would have

Proven experience of Data Centre Migrations and Transformation program's

. Proven understanding of the Infrastructure life cycle
. Proven experience of performance test management, strategy draft and implementation
. Manage the execution of performance test cases
. Proven ability in executing performance test scenario's
. Setup and manage defect management and triage capabilities
. Proven experience in environment requirement management
. Define the hotspots to be monitored
. Define the data to be captured during the tests
. Implement appropriate monitoring to capture the performance information
. Produce performance test completion reports
. Produce recommendations as to any corrective measures required and/or future performance concerns
. Proven experience of drafting and delivering Infrastructure test strategies
. Proven experience of drafting and delivering Infrastructure test plans
. Proven experience of managing & delivering OAT, NFT and performance requirements and test phases
. Proven delivery and management experience of working with Service Activation and technical support groups
. Extensive experience in managing customers and stakeholders in a challenging environment
. Management and analysis of issues, risks and mitigating actions
. Very strong communication (verbal and written) skills essential
. Proven experience of delivery and management of performance tools and trace tools
. Very strong experience of delivering test milestones to schedule
