Infrastructure Technical Consultant - Windows 2008/2012, VMWare, SCCM, Cisco, Exchange is required by my client based in London.

ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Technical Skills:

- 2+ years System Administration experience of Windows Servers - 2008/2012.
- Strong Virtualisation experience preferably VMWare.
- Good Network experience - Cisco Switches, Routers and Firewalls.
- Windows SCCM.
- Cloud, Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
- Office365, SharePoint.

Soft Skills:

- Ability to implement infrastructure solutions from scratch.
- Ability to trouble shoot and undertake diagnostics.
- Ability to work on under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent team player.

My client has a requirement for an Infrastructure Consultant. The key deliverables will be to support Design activities as well as carrying out Implemention and Testing of Infrastructure solutions. You will require strong all round Server experience, coupled with Networking and broader Infrastructure.

SOME EXAMPLE PROJECTS:

AIRWATCH MDM CONFIGURATION AND DEPLOYMENT: Active Directory, Mobile Device Deployment management of any sort (ideally AirWatch), basic networking skills. Understanding of Load Balancing.

SOPHOS UTM (UNIFIED THREAT MANAGEMENT GATEWAY) CONFIGURATION AND DEPLOYMENT: Experience in deploying web filtering and forward Proxy technology. Windows Server skills, Active Directory knowledge, TMG, BlueCoat, UTM experience.

EASY EDRMS DEPLOYMENT: Windows Server skills

GENERAL SUPPORT OF DIRECT ACCESS UAG 2010: Windows Server skills, UAG experience, Lync 2010

OUTPUTS REQUIRED:

Successful delivery of multiple infrastructure solutions into BAU service.

Excellent documentation and support services to help the BAU team on-board the service into the live environment
