Infrastructure System Analyst - Brussels - 1 year - FR/NL + EN

We are looking for an Infrastructure System Analyst for a mission of 1 year (with possible extension) to join a team working on a long-term project within a well-known company based in Brussels.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 1 year with possible extension

Location: Brussels

Mission description:

- Gather and understand customer's needs
- Be responsible for the technical/functional analysis of the realization or modification of the infrastructures supporting the applications, based on the business's needs
- Estimate the charge and cost of realization
- Evaluate different scenarios (approaches and solutions)
- Evaluate the impact of the changes on the current situation
- Find the best method to insure the continuity of the service and a good maintainability of the solution
- Update the functional documentation in order to implement and maintain the current infrastructure
- Define and supervise the testing phase (performance, continuity, redundancy,…)
- Control the quality of the documentation provided by system engineers and ensure their solution is in line with the business requirements
- Ensure the coordination between the different team intervening in the deployment
- Ensure follow-up and resolution of incidents and problems (as a 2nd line support)

Profile:

- 5 years' experience in Functional or Technical analysis
- Strong technical background
- Good knowledge of Citrix and virtualization
- Experienced with data storage systems
- Experienced in micro-planning and task management (project management)
- Very good communication skills with fluency in French (or Dutch) and English
- Ability to listen, synthetize, conceptualize, formalize, communicate
- Client-oriented, structured, autonomous who can work in a team
- Pragmatic approach with easiness to document and transmit knowledge
