Infrastructure Supporter/System Administrator (Contract)

For a financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORTER/SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (CONTRACT) - 5730

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Provide support (by telephone and local) and act as significant point of contact for the infrastructure demands
- 1st and 2nd level support for day2day issues, follow up action groups (2nd level)
- Raising and following tickets
- Administration of workstations (terminals, printers, faxes, thin clients) and user access management
- Create adequate technical and procedures documentation
- Updating accordingly the company's inventories (Hard-/Software)
- Interact daily with different IT providers (ie IBM) and collaboration with the company's outsourcing partners

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- ITIL and Project Management methodologies knowhow
- Relevant experience on System Administration for MICROSOFT PLATFORM: WINDOWS SERVERS AND WORKSTATIONS, MS EXCHANGE, MS SQL
- Skilled with: CITRIX, VMWARE AND TELEPHONY (CISCO AND BLACKBERRY)
- FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AND GOOD COMMAND IN GERMAN ARE A MUST
