Projektbeschreibung
For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for an
Infrastructure Support Specialist (BMC)
Scope of Work
Support Deliveries
- 7x24 Infrastructure support for Products and Interfaces from Control-M and/Control-M EM to
ensure stable and reliable system health and performance (off hours support will be scheduled on a
3 weekly interval).
- Problem analysis/resolving (involving other support teams and SW vendor)
- Client support for daily issues (EM User access, Control-M Agent issues, Performance Analysis,
etc.) raised to the support queue (GIM/Mail).
- Support upcoming activities in the build life cycle process to modify and test existing BladeLogic
packages from Control-M and the Beta92 Agent.
Infrastructure Deliveries
- Proof of Concept for BMC Bunsiness Process Integration Tool Suite (BPI)
- Support of the migration of existing CTM 7 server infrastructure from Legacy Solaris to Linux (ngCHL)
This includes following tasks:
1. Develop, test and implement Control-M Server package compliant with the package standards for the BladeLogic deployment system. Adoption of the existing RoW package for CH infrastructure.
2. Test and implement a migration plan for all existing Control-M Server installations in CH to be moved to ngCHL
