Infrastructure Support Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Allentown, PA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- This position is in the Infrastructure Technical Support organization and will provide technical support for a wide variety of Windows 2008R2 based Infrastructures. The candidate will be involved in the rollout of this infrastructure and will support the infrastructure going forward. It is expected that the candidate will design support procedures and documentation following Air Products standards. They will respond to incidents, possibly off hours when needed. They will land trivial support tasks to the proper teams and train other team members to support the infrastructure.
- Assignment - Daily shift 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design support procedures and documentation following Air Products standards
- Provide support per SLA/OLA requirements. Some off hours work will be required.
- Respond to incidents in a timely manner
- Perform in-depth Troubleshooting and Problem Analysis, working with other 3rd Level teams and vendors as needed to achieve Incident and Problem Resolution.
