Infrastructure Support Specialist

Yoh has a contract opportunity for an INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our client in Allentown, PA. This temporary/contract position is for the duration of six (6) to twenty-four (24) months.

JOB OVERVIEW:

- The hours for this position are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- This position is in the Infrastructure Technical Support organization and will provide technical support primarily for a Citrix XenApp 5, 6 and 6.5.
- We are currently building a new Virtual Desktop Infrastructure utilizing Citrix XenApp.
- The candidate will be involved in the rollout of this infrastructure and will support the infrastructure going forward.
- It is expected that the candidate will design support procedures and documentation following Company standards.
- They will respond to incidents, possibly off hours when needed.
- They will land trivial support tasks to the proper teams and train other team members to support the infrastructure.
- Design support procedures and documentation following Company standards.
- Respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Perform in-depth Troubleshooting and Problem Analysis, working with other 3rd Level teams and vendors as needed to achieve Incident and Problem Resolution.
