Infrastructure Support Manager /Swansea- £45,000

Computer Futures are looking for an Infrastructure Support Manager for a large client based in Swansea.

You will be responsible for the on going management of the IT Systems, People, and Infrastructure. You will initially be heading up the IT support team consisting of 3 members of staff, whilst taking on all desktop support staff as well.

You will need to be able to give your small team clear focus and make sure the objectives are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

The successful candidate will have key skills in the following:

Application support & management, Virtualisation, Juniper Hardware, MS SQL, Citrix, Active Directory, Firewall / Endpoint Security, Prince2, ITIL Methodology, Helpdesk Software & excellent technical service delivery.

* Forward thinking and proactive.
* Passionate and enthusiastic about IT.
* Ability to priorities and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.
* Ability to influence others and gain credibility quickly.
* To demonstrate a professional approach to staff, customers and suppliers.
* Previous experience of managing people.
* Previous experience of enhancing a business through information technology
