Infrastructure Support Engineer - Banking - Luxembourg

INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ENGINEER - BANKING - LUXEMBOURG

Our client is an important financial institution in Luxembourg urgently looking for a system controller/infrastructure Support Engineer.

The suitable candidate will control the group of applications and the whole infrastructure of our client.
This will imply verifying the operation of the infrastructure in regards with SLAs and procedures in the following manner:
- follow-up of plannings and consoles
- respect and maintenance of escalation procedures
- follow-up of back-ups
- client's support
- data center surpervision
- management of centralised print works

Profile:
- Minimum 2 years experience in support (call center or service desk) within a financial institution preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Good level of French

Technical Skills:
- Unix file management knowledge
- understanding of Shell command lines
- Notions en TCP/IP
- Basic programming knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of PKI
- Previous experience with relational Data Base
- Basic knowledge of Sharepoint is an advantage
