Infrastructure Support Analyst

Our client is a high visibility game development studio seeking an energetic INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ANALYST with the ability to multi-task and handle randomizations in the work environment.

This candidate will work as part of the IT team managing and maintaining the studios internal lab infrastructure. In addition, s/he will build out new infrastructure to support ongoing development across the studio.

REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years work related experience
- Generalist skills in Windows System Administration ie Hyper-v, AD, IIS etc.
- Strong PowerShell Scripting skills
- Working knowledge of System Center product line (SCOM, SCCM, SCSM)
- Active Directory management tool(s)
- Strong understanding of software products and networking required
- Strong problem resolution, decision making and analytical skills
- Good leadership skills along with project management and customer service skills
- May require advanced knowledge of technology in one area and moderate level skills in multiple areas (eg C++, C, VB, SQL)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
