Infrastructure Specialist

Location: Netherlands

Start Date: 4th July 2016

Duration: 6 months

My client is looking for a Infrastructure Specialist to join their team on a 6 month project.

Key Accountabilities Include:

- Providing technical SME to Cluster Manager/Team Lead to help manage service deployments, upgrades and other changes in cluster
- Providing support to the cluster/team for roll out of new services, interfacing between the category and regional delivery teams
- Investigate escalations identified to service solution issues in cluster from category teams including coordinating between suppliers and Category team
- Undertake retained supply activities as agreed with category

Key Competencies Include:

- Relevant experience in Access technologies (WAN, LAN, WLAN, RAA)
- Knowledge of Firewalls is definitely an advantage
- Good general managerial and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure (especially cluster)
- Excellent understanding of the main functional and architectural elements and requirements
- Experience in regional Infrastructure Services service delivery management and operational support
- Experience working in another area of IM and/or company
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
- Cisco certified
