INFRASTRUCTURE - SERVICE DELIVERY PROJECT MANAGER
Your profile:
Excellent Project Management skills, on relatively big projects with multiple stakeholders and challenges.
The ideal candidate must come from a service delivery background, as the role is very much about delivering shared services to multiple entities which are all parts of the same group.
If you are recognised as someone with the following qualities, we are very keen to hear from you!
Excellent communication skills/great requirement gathering skills,
Ability to coordinate third parties, internal and suppliers
First class quality assurance techniques as much as Project Management techniques (such as PMI, Prince 2),
Great 3rd parties management skills (you are familiar with KPI, SLAs, contract negotiation and assessment of Request for Proposals).
Your profile:
At least two years of successful experience as a Project Manager with experience in network infrastructure projects, from A to Z
Ideally some Project Management and quality assurance methodologies certification.
You are familiar with either Helpdesk/Service Desk matters and/or network infrastructure.
You have proven that you are a solution finder and manage well under pressure.
