We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Delivery Manager for a global enterprise in The Netherlands.
You will be responsible for a team of about 14 professionals with focus on driving the transformation to the new Continuityyou manage transformation program and underlying projects.
Your profile Educated to master degree level, preferably IT related with:
- Multiple years' experience in a global infrastructure environment;
- A leadership profile with a strong emphasis on transformation management;
- You are resourceful, flexible, analytically strong and when needed, critical;
- Experience in managing organizational transformation processes;
- Extended experience in stakeholder management;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
- You have social skills representative for a senior position;
- High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Dutch and English.
