Development of service management

knowledge os standard processes in project management

Familiar with the administrative processes of public administrations

Good comunicator

Languages: French and Dutch, bilingual desirable

Tasks:

Analyze the current situation and define points of improvement to be implemented

Analysis of business needs for comunications and telecommunications

Analysis of the supply available on the market

Performance and availability of terrestrial annd satellite communication

Optimization, security and ecryption of communications between remote sites

Unified communication solution

Telephony and possibility of integrating it into the UC solution
