Infrastructure Project Manager - Service Management

For our customer we are looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager - Service Management.

The Project objective is to reduce the negative impact on Service Management by having any gaps limiting the ability to deliver similar control as prior to the cut-over. This includes performing a Gap analysis with associated Due Diligence and closure of any necessary Service Management gaps in the our Customers Infrastructur Service Management framework. Project will also secure full operational status of the new customer ITSM tools platform supporting the current set of BAU requirements and any gaps designed for closure.
