INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER (DEPLOYMENT) - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
*OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO PARIS INVOLVED
LANGUAGES: ENGLISH and FRENCH
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Very good general knowledge of project management best practices
- Previous experience in Workstation deployment (15,000+)
- Experience with one or more methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2) is preferable
- Very good negotiation and conflict management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
- Experience with Skynote is a big advantage
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Organize workshops with the IT teams to understand their needs and constraints
- Follow up with IT expertise teams to put in place agreed requirements
- Workshops planned over 3 months
- Deliverables:
- Project charter
- Meeting minutes
- Project plans
- Budget Follow-up
- Organize and follow-up the deployment in several entities
