Description
Infrastructure PM & Networking Specialist - Looking for a strong Project Manager who has had at least 5 years leading Network infrastructure build-outs, Complex routing, GTM/LTM, WAN optimization, system upgrades and migrations, and Disaster Recovery solutions. Experience (hands on build and engineering, design, and project management capacity) of Enterprise Network infrastructure builds, using Cisco, Riverbed, and Brocade technologies. Additional experience with UNIX/Windows system engineering, Web Servers, and enterprise storage technologies would be a critical factor in developing and implementing complex solutions.

Acting in the capacity of a solutions integrator, both leading multiple tracks of infrastructure and network projects, as well as providing the technical direction to the various IBM and Kaiser teams to ensure a functional, end to end, infrastructure or application solution is delivered. This individual will need to use their technical background to lead the technical team in the creation and execution of not only the project plan, but to also ensure the accuracy and quality of the IT solutions being built. The PM must understand the architecture and the engineering details to ensure the deliverables meet the business requirements.

Required Skills:
- Network Infrastructure - Compression Appliances, Switches, Routers, Firewalls
- Project Management, Project Lead, Technical Lead for Infrastructure projects
- Web Infrastructure - Web Servers, DNS/GTM/LTM, Load Balancers
- UNIX and/or Windows Engineering
- Storage and SAN - SAN Switches, Storage Arrays, SAN Routers, SRDF, and Tape Libraries

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple infrastructure teams to successfully deploy or integrate network topologies into application and infrastructure solutions.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise to assist other project managers and technical teams to resolve problems and implement solutions correctly.
- Change Management
- Lead multiple storage infrastructure builds, including EMC provisioning and SRDF replication
- Lead multiple application & infrastructure upgrade and build-out projects
- Facilitate the creation of the solution design and communication with the system engineers
