For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a

Project Manager Infrastructure

Start: ASAP

Duration: 12 months

Location: Zurich

The candidate will be part of a team of Project and Delivery Managers that are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects and services across the global bank. Supported by the Account Managers, the candidate will work on initiatives that vary in complexity and spans across the different core businesses. The candidate will also need to collaborate with a number of technical groups which include Systems Integration, IT Risk, StrategyWINDOWS, UNIX, DATABASE, STORAGE, WEB SERVICES.
- Proven track record in the execution of global projects and related activities that meets the client expectations within time and budget.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Risk Management and maintaining ethical controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft toolset including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proven Project Management training and Certification (PMP, IPMA B or Prince2)
- Fluent English, German nice to have

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver medium/high complexity projects using a structured methodology from project initiation through implementation.
- Define and confirm project scope and insure client's expectations are consistently being met.
- Define implementation approach and maintaining a consistent standard throughout the project life cycle
- Produce project presentations and artefacts for varying stakeholders and levels within the organization. Insure project metrics and KPIs are properly defined, agreed upon, and tracked.
- Manage project budget and tracking actuals across the project. (if required)
- Manage project risks and issues catalog to insure proper tracking and transparency. Collaborate with SME, Product and Service owners to mitigate these risks and issues.
- Establish a proper communication channel and forum to syndicate project status and issues. Insure timely delivery of meeting minutes, status reports, and potential risks.
- Establish a proper change control process for the project.
- Manage multiple global projects simultaneously
- Build a trusted partnership with our clients. Ensure timely delivery of IT solutions aligned to the client's requirements while supporting the strategic objectives of the organization. Ensure SLA and project milestones are consistently being met.
- Maintains quality of service by supporting and adhering to organizational and PMO standards.
