Infrastructure Project Manager

- Large Financial Services Organisation
- 6 month contract
- CBD location

This financial services organisation requires an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience delivering complex medium value IT based projects and will have experience working with formal Project Management methodologies, preferably PRINCE2.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- A minimum of 7 years current senior project management experience in a large organisation
- Successful track record at a senior management level of complex IT projects
- The ability to work with various teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans.
- Experience working within major IT project teams which have met strict deadlines and achieved project targets
- Prince 2 certification
- Vendor management experience
- Experience working with ITIL Frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - interacting across a business, stakeholder management, negotiation skills, conflict resolution skills, report writing.
- Good initiative, to anticipate, manage and resolve problems by providing innovative solutions
- The ability to establish strong working relationships with teams and stakeholders, providing guidance, leadership, skills-sharing opportunities and team mentoring
- Experience working within the banking sector.
- Ability and willingness to travel.
