INFRASTRUCTURE MIGRATION COORDINATOR - DATACENTER, UNIX, WINDOWS

CONTEXT

Transformation (move/migration- of existing environment from CMO (HQ Datacenter and local datacenters) to FMO (Datacenter in the UK): systems and applications in use by Bridgestone Europe.

TASKS

- Review the migration files prepared by the offshore operational teams
- Prepare countdown plan and detailed action plan per migration: gather information and validate all steps (Offshore teams, SAP team, DC team and customer)
- Quality Assurance of the migration files and the countdown/detailed action plans
- Coordinate the migrations (WE/Night work will be required for the production migrations) with offshore teams, SAP team and customer
- Organize and coordinate the remote work in scope of the Flight Case solution and the BAFO solution

REQUIRED SKILLS AND LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE

- Support the SWISS project data center migrations: coordination skills are required, precision and methodic work are a must.
- Ability to deal with a changing environment and remote teams.
- The accent is set on the coordination aspect, as the technical tasks will be performed by the existing teams
- English is a must (spoken and written), Dutch and/or French is an asset
