Eingestellt von University of Bristol

Gesuchte Skills: Support

Projektbeschreibung

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced infrastructure manager to join The Cleft Collective Cohort Studies at the University of Bristol, based in the School of Oral and Dental Sciences.

The main job purpose is to develop and maintain key data infrastructural components needed in The Cleft Collective Cohort Studies. You will lead the development and maintenance of robust systems for data collection, management and reporting within The Cleft Collective Cohort Studies led by Professor Jonathan Sandy. The study is a large gene backed clinical cohort of children born with some form of orofacial clefting, which is funded by The Healing Foundation.

You will work with other data management and IT staff elsewhere in the University. Development work will involve (but is not limited to) the implementation, support and enhancement of a central data warehouse (i.e. a database which different file formats can be imported into), ingest of all Cleft Collective data into the central data warehouse, development of a data access portal to the Cleft Collective data and further integration of all parts of the infrastructure. Alongside this, the existing management system for logging samples and lab systems will be maintained.

The University of Bristol is committed to equality and we value the diversity of our staff and students.
