Infrastructure Manager

We have an exciting opening for a Infrastructure Manager position with our progressive client in the Columbia, SC area. This is a LONG-TERM CONTRACT position with EXCELLENT BENEFITS available. Excellent communication skills required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Designs infrastructure components to meet technical requirements within a set architectural framework under the direct guidance of senior team members and within the guidelines of the Deployment Management Methodology (DMM). Will perform duties associated with various design phases of the methodology, which may include requirements gathering solutions definition, and engineering and will produce project deliverables accordingly.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Working experience with infrastructure design in support of application and/or infrastructure needs
- Good communication skills allowing to interpret business customers' needs into a technical design
- Experience supporting server and/or network infrastructure
- Experience with Design Tools: MS Word & MS Visio
