Contract 6 months rolling
Rate 750k CHF pd

Possible 5 - 10 years IT in total, moving from Technical to Project Management
VoIP - this is an important one or Voice Over IP, same thing
PACE or Network, Telephony & Video experience
Proven IP Networking experience in Project Management roles (3+ years preferred)
Proven IPT/VoIP experience in Project Management roles (1+ years preferred)
ITIL knowledge, preferably the accreditation
Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
A pragmatic and hands-on personality - have you moved up from a Technical background into Project management,
The Infrastructure Junior Project Manager has the primary responsibility to define and deliver the implementation of products and services within the PACE
(Network, Telephony & Video) vertical.
Main tasks/activities:
His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Member of the PACE Project Delivery team
Initiation, planning and implementation of Network, Telephony and other small PACE projects
Work with the technical staff, management, providers, consultants and vendors to ensure all projects are tracked and delivered to the expected quality standards
Maintain telephony/Network documentation
Coordination with various vendors
Position requirements:
End to end Project Management of Office Location projects
Proven IP Networking experience in Project Management roles (3+ years preferred)
Proven IPT/VoIP experience in Project Management roles (1+ years preferred)
Experience with Project Manager roles is advantageous
Ability to define and execute projects with little supervision and according to a given framework
Ability to define and structure business cases
Experience in customer/client facing roles is advantageous
Experience in handling multiple vendors is advantageous
Proven experience in outsourcing environments
Comfortable working in a multicultural environment, working daily with multiple remote sites
Experience with technical documentation specification, review and updates - in English
ITIL knowledge
Microsoft Suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Pragmatic and hands-on personality, able to deliver to high quality standards and under time pressure
Fluent in English, German is an advantage
